Cancellations & Refund Policy

Online Training

  1. Online training course orders are generally NOT eligible for refund. We MAY approve a refund/transfer request under specific conditions:

    • You've registered (accidentally) for the double registered training course: If this happens, contact us IMMEDIATELY. You MUST notify us IN WRITING within 24-hours of placing the order to be eligible for a refund.

  2. All other situations: The online training is NON-REFUNDABLE (but with T&C apply and agree by management)

  3. Terms and Conditions:

    • Online training courses may NOT be transferred to another student but can transferred to another class

    • Students have 1 time transferred

    • Refunds are not issued for transfers to courses of equal or lesser value. 

    • If you transfer to a more expensive course, you must provide payment for the additional tuition at the time of transfer.

    • Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 5 days before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by Whatsapp to customer services (012-5313566). If you have to cancel your class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future class. However, if you do not cancel prior to the 5 days, you will lose the payment for the class. The owner has the only right to be flexible here.

    • Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund.

  4. ​Cancellation by PSC

    •  Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our program PSC Training and Consultancy reserves the right to withdraw or cancel any course. If for any reason we cancel a course, all course fees will be returned in full.​


APP Refund Policy​
